About Road Trips

The Pacific Northwest and West Coast are made for road trips — and they're even better when someone else is driving. We build custom multi-stop itineraries for groups heading anywhere from the Columbia River Gorge to Big Sur, from the redwood forests of Northern California to the wide-open wheat fields of Eastern Washington. Our road trip service is intentionally flexible: you call the shots on where to stop and how long to linger, and we keep the vehicle fueled, the driver rested, and the route optimized for whatever's ahead. Whether it's a weekend escape or a week-long West Coast odyssey, we make the miles disappear.

How It Works

From inquiry to departurefour straightforward steps

  1. Share Your Vision

Tell us your start and end points, destinations you want to hit, and how long you have. We'll ask a few questions to understand the group's priorities.

    Step 01:
  2. Build the Itinerary

We design a day-by-day, stop-by-stop plan optimized for driving distances, scenery, and dining options. You review and refine until it's exactly right.

    Step 02:
  3. Hit the Road

Your coach departs on schedule from your chosen pickup point. Sit back, enjoy the view, and let us drive.

    Step 03:
  4. Every Stop, Your Way

At each destination, your group has the time they need. We coordinate to ensure the next leg stays on track while giving you genuine flexibility.

Common questions

There's no distance limit. We serve the entire West Coast — Seattle to San Francisco, Vancouver BC to the California border, and everything in between. For very long hauls, we schedule driver changes to maintain safety and comfort.

Yes, within reason. Our drivers are flexible and can accommodate spontaneous stops for meals, photo opportunities, or points of interest — just communicate with the driver and they'll work it into the flow of the day.

For multi-day trips, we arrange driver accommodations separately. You only pay for your group's lodging. Our driver expense is covered in the booking rate.

Coaches have large underfloor luggage bays. Bikes, kayaks, and oversized equipment can be accommodated with a cargo trailer — let us know at booking and we'll arrange the right vehicle configuration.
